Character Generation

All characters will be beginning the campaign at level 1.
Attributes: Characters will be using the 32 point buy system for statistics generation.
Races: Players will be able to choose from the following races: Dromites, Duergar, Dwarf, Drow, Elan, Elf, Githyanki, Githzerai, Gnome, Halfling, Half-Giant, Half-Elf, Half-Orc, Maenads, Quantus, Synad, Thri-Kreen, Xeph.
Classes: All classes remain the same save for a few in which I’ve modified listed here.

Skills and Feats: Alls skills remain the same with the addition of Craft: Pscience and Knowledge (Pscience). In addition to the new skills each player will begin the game with the “Bloodline of the Omni mind” feat which is featured in the “New Psionic Feats” section of the Wiki.

Leveling Up and the “Milestone” system: In this campaign experience points will not be used. I have decided in an attempt to control party level and influence party continuity i will be using a system I’ve dubbed the “Milestone” system where the player characters will complete quests and receive not only treasure but potentially 1 or more milestones. It takes 5 milestones to advance to the next level as well as taking 8 hours of downtime to hone his/her skills or learn there new spells etc etc. Upon obtaining the next level the player character will also obtain a “Personal Milestone” or “Milestone Points” these “MP” will be able to be use to customize your character by purchasing enhancements. MP does not need to be spent upon leveling so there is no rush to use them right away as most of the bonuses the player can purchase require more than 1 MP.

  • 1 MP for 3 Hit Points.
  • 1 MP for 3 Power Points.
  • 1 MP for 5 Skill Points
  • 2 MP for + 1 to a single ability score*.
  • 2 MP for + 1 to a single saving throw.
  • 4 MP for 1 Bonus Feat.
  • 4 MP for 1 Bonus Power/Spell Known of the highest level(or lower) you can manifest/cast.
  • A player must alternate which attributes he/she increases should they choose this bonus more than once. (For example should you apply + 1 to strength the next time you buy this bonus you may not choose strength but should you purchase it a 3rd time you may apply it to strength again.
